Business Controller – Redevco Living

In 2023 Redevco acquired a Dutch residential real estate specialist and launched Redevco Living, Redevco’s newly created residential development, investment, and operational platform. With a pipeline of several promising projects in the greater area of Rotterdam, The Hague and Amsterdam, combined with the existing residential (re)developments in The Netherlands, the UK and Germany, Redevco Living will further develop Redevco’s residential activities.
Redeveco is looking for a Business Controller, co-driving and ensuring the development activities.
As a business controller you work in close cooperation with our development managers to take care of the financial reporting of our development projects. It is important to be constructive, a strong communicator and having a critical mindset.
The job requires around 10 yrs+ experience with real estate investments and development. He/she has experience in project management, project- and business control, is a strong communicator and a great team player. Brains. Energy. Ambition.
This position requires a master in finance/economics, preferably supplemented with an RC education.
The candidate we are looking for is seeking for a dynamic real estate environment with strong growth ambitions.
The base for this job is Amsterdam.
