What Is Amazing About This Job?
You will be part of the high-energy Commercial Team, where your key focus will be to attract tenants for our latest projects and assets. You will play a crucial role in generating new leads whilst guiding our projects to the next phase. As a Senior Commercial Manager within Edge, you will be responsible for expanding our network of occupiers and improving our leasing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Head up the leasing activities for both new developments and existing assets.
  • Develop and improve leasing strategies and processes.
  • Generate your own leads and build up strong relationships with occupiers.
  • Participate in the development and design process to align our projects with occupier demands and needs.
  • Work closely with our branding team to improve the marketing of our projects.
  • Create opportunities and play an active role in negotiations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, such as brokers, governmental bodies, investors, architects, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, providing reporting and business planning.

Competencies and Skills Relevant for the Role

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Law, Real Estate Management, or Finance.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a related role.
  • An extensive network in the leasing and occupier market.
  • Strong commercial and social skills with a natural drive to grow (y)our network
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Self-reliant, proactive problem solver, innovative, results-oriented, and energetic personality.
  • Ability to handle time pressure and dynamic environments effectively.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills (Dutch and English).
  • Ability to motivate and lead (project) teams.
